vinaigrette 2 T. wine
vinegar 1 tsp. 6 T. oil 1
shallot, finely minced 8 T. chopped
parsley Salt White

Puree
parsley with oil. Whisk together with
vinegar, mustard and shallot. Season
to taste. Serve over tomatoes. |
